If the customer makes it clear that they do not wish to receive any information on any other products or services by checking the 'non disclosure of information box', then the customer information will be distributed only to those parties who require the information to complete the transaction with the customer. Under these circumstances the information will be considered to be the sole property of the customer, and will not be shared with or sold to any outside party. Although the information will be considered as non-confidential, with the exception of Credit Card details.

Interpretation
"We" or "us" means AspireUK.

"You" means the customer we make the contract with, and includes any person who we reasonably believe is acting with the customer's authority or knowledge.

"Contract" means the agreement between you and us, for the provision of the Service incorporating the Terms, the Order Form, and the Deposit.

Use of the service
The service must not be used fraudulently, or in connection with a criminal offense.

You may not use the service to impersonate others, or in a manner which conceals your identity.

In order to place an order you must be at least 18 years of age.

A completed 'Order Form' is not considered a contracting binding us 'AspireUK' or you the customer, until it is accompanied by a minimum deposit of 15% of the total value of the vehicle less VAT.

Delivery periods on vehicles will be those quoted by the manufacturer Ford, and are therefore the responsibility of the manufacturer.

Much as we make every effort to keep the price list up to date, prices quoted may not always be the current price, and are subject to written confirmation by post, fax or e-mail, prior to the paying of a deposit. Thus AspireUK will not be liable for any discrepancy between the price advertised and the final asking price.

'AspireUK' cannot be held responsible for price changes due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rates. We therefore advise you to make appropriate arrangements such that you can settle the balance of payment on the due date.

The prices in British Sterling are only printed as a guide and you should ask your bank their policy on exchange rates, as they may offer a slightly lower rate instead of charging commission. Thus the information is indicative and cannot be used as a binding contract.

We reserve the right to retain the vehicle until all remittances from the customer are received in full. If we incur extra costs as a direct result of the customer's inability to pay, these costs will also be forwarded to the customer for payment prior to delivery of the vehicle.

You the customer must not be a motor dealer, thus you are forbidden from reselling the vehicle(s) within the first 3 months or 5,000 miles of delivery.

'AspireUK' takes no responsibility in any shape or form for vehicles sold in the 'Free Classified Ads' section. All dealings are to be between the seller and purchaser.
